수집하는 정보

Allvoca 앱은 회원가입 없이 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 다음 정보는 아래의 경우에만 수집됩니다.

• 계정 정보 (선택): Apple, Google 또는 이메일로 로그인하는 경우 이메일 주소, 이름, 사용자 식별자(UID)가 수집됩니다. Firebase Authentication(Google LLC)을 통해 처리되며, 로그인 상태 유지와 학습 기록 백업 식별에만 사용됩니다.
• 앱 사용 통계: Firebase Analytics를 통해 익명의 사용 이벤트(예: 학습 세션 완료, 검색 사용)와 기기 식별자(IDFV), 기기 모델·OS 버전이 수집됩니다. 이 정보는 사용자 신원과 연결되지 않으며 앱 개선 목적에만 사용됩니다. 광고 식별자(IDFA)와 앱 간 추적은 사용하지 않습니다.

데이터 저장

학습 진행 상황(학습 위치, 목표, 단어별 평가 기록, 즐겨찾기, 표시 이름)은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 로그인한 경우 학습 진행 상황이 계정과 연결되어 개발자의 서버(Google Cloud Firestore, 서울 리전)에도 백업됩니다. 백업은 로그인 상태 유지와 기기 간 동기화에만 사용됩니다. 로그인하지 않은 경우 학습 기록은 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.

삭제

• 계정 삭제: 앱 내 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제. 이메일, 이름, UID와 서버에 백업된 학습 기록이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
• 학습 데이터 삭제: 앱 내 프로필 → 설정 → 학습 데이터 초기화. 기기와 계정에 백업된 학습 기록이 삭제됩니다.

제3자 서비스

Allvoca는 인증, 학습 기록 백업, 익명 사용 통계를 위해 Firebase(Google LLC)를 사용합니다. Google의 개인정보 처리방침은 policies.google.com/privacy에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 그 외 광고, 추적 기술, 제3자 SDK는 사용하지 않습니다.

웹사이트(allvoca.com)는 방문 통계 파악과 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Analytics(Google LLC)를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 쿠키를 통해 방문한 페이지, 브라우저·기기 정보, 대략적인 지역 등 익명화된 방문 기록이 수집되며, 사용자 신원과 연결되지 않고 서비스 개선 목적에만 사용됩니다. 브라우저의 쿠키 차단 설정 또는 Google Analytics 차단 브라우저 부가기능으로 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다. 웹사이트는 그 외 광고·추적 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.

Allvoca Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026 (originally effective July 6, 2026)

Every feature of Allvoca works without an account. We collect information only in these cases:

• Account information (optional): if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we collect your email address, name, and a user identifier (UID), processed via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) and used only to keep you signed in and identify your study-progress backup.
• Usage statistics: Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage events (e.g. completing a study session, using search), a device identifier (IDFV), and device model/OS version. This data is not linked to your identity and is used only to improve the app. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or track you across apps.

Study progress (position, goal, per-word grades, favorites, display name) is stored on your device. If you sign in, your study progress is also backed up to the developer's servers (Google Cloud Firestore, Seoul region), linked to your account and used only for backup and cross-device sync; without an account it never leaves your device. You can delete your account (Profile → Settings → Delete Account: removes email, name, UID, and the server backup) and your study data (Profile → Settings → Reset Study Data: removes device and backup copies) in the app at any time. Allvoca uses Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, study-progress backup, and anonymous analytics (see Google's privacy policy) and no other advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs.

Our website (allvoca.com) uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous visit statistics via cookies (pages visited, browser/device information, approximate region). This data is not linked to your identity and is used only to improve the service. You can opt out with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website uses no other advertising or tracking technologies.
